Return, Replacement & Refund Policy – SoleSafe
At SoleSafe, we take great care in delivering high-quality products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Replacements
All sales at SoleSafe are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In the event of a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
• Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• A clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened from the sealed condition is mandatory
• Additional images or proof may be requested for verification
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the eligible product. SoleSafe reserves the right to approve or decline any replacement request after inspection.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a replacement:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Must include original packaging, tags, and invoice
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Valid proof (unboxing video/images) must be provided
Claims without proper proof or reported after the stipulated time will not be accepted.

Once approved, our team will guide you through the replacement process. Requests are typically resolved within 7 working days from approval.
Items sent back without prior confirmation from SoleSafe will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or other valid reasons approved by SoleSafe.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 4–7 business days after inspection.
Order Cancellation
• Currently, we are offering cancellation only on those orders which are not dispatched from our warehouse. No cancellation on In-Transit Orders. The amount will be credited to the customer's bank account within 7 working days
